What I've Been Doing...

Well, I have pretty much dropped out of the triathlon world, recovered from having 3 stents placed in me to combat a 90% and a 70% blockage, and really have just been enjoying being in the weight room. I actually feel like I am stronger, fitter and in overall better shape than I have ever been, and especially at 46!

  1. Good to see you back and healthy from a fellow mid-40s guy! Do you mind commenting about your lifting program if you have one (5/3/1, etc.) diet and how you're incorporating conditioning?

    1. Yes Sir! SInce I spent so many years just focusing on triathlon, I never had time to lift weights. Now I lift on MWF and run on tues, Thurs and Sat morning. I have been using the STRING app for weights and I am focusing on chest and arms on M/F, and shoulders and back on Wed. I will do a post soon with specifics on my MWF routine. Thanks for reading!
